Teladoc offers a variety of services to assist you and your family with navigating medical matters by offering expert advice, accessing a medical professional 24/7 and finding resources/services in your community. 

Telemedicine: 24/7 access to physicians. With Teladoc Health, members will speak to a physician each and every time (not a nurse, nurse practitioner, etc). Our service also includes cross-border functionality, allowing members to access the service across Canada and while in the U.S. 

Expert Medical Services: Previously known as Best Doctors, this platform enables the member to access specialists across the world for a second opinion on their diagnosis or treatment plan. 

Elite Diagnostic Imaging Service (EDIS): With EDIS, members can have MRI & CT scans scheduled within 5-days. This service covers the cost of the imaging, so there is no cost passed onto the member. 

myStrength iCBT: Digital platform for member driven self-paced therapy modules. Includes 8 different types of therapy, 13 different focus areas, and each member is provided with a dedicated coach. 

Mental Health Navigator: Enables members to have a full psychological assessment completed at their own discretion. Assessments completed by psychologist and psychiatrist (if medication is involved) to provide employees with a comprehensive report detailing any diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. 

Mental Health Care: Access to Teladoc’s network of therapists and psychologists for ongoing virtual mental health care. Appointments are typically scheduled within 3-days.
