Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Coverage is three (3) times annual salary to a maximum of $750,000.
Coverage has been enhanced to include Critical Illness Rider, Critical Disease Rider and extended ancillary benefits with an approved loss.
Optional AD&D – Employee Paid, coverage may be elected at any time.
You now have the option to elect additional AD&D coverage for yourself or for yourself and family. Coverage may be elected in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $250,000, minimum level of coverage is $50,000. If you elect the family plan coverage on your spouse and children will be a percentage of the total amount in place.
